We went with a Parmigian crust and a Puttanesca style ragout, with Cerignola olives, Village Farms Tomatoes, and confit fingerling potatoes from Jordan Sturdy’s North Arm Farm in Pemberton . I love those guys, I live in Squamish, so my kids have grown up going to the farmers market and hand picking their produce from Jordan’s booth every Saturday.

Ling Cod is a great Ocean Wise fish; I grew up fishing it in Pender Harbour throughout my entire childhood, so it kind of has a special place for me, and people seem to be loving it, so that’s pretty cool…anyways, that’s what’s new at the moment, I’ll catch you up on the rest as soon as I can.
(I’ve been pretty busy lately, thus a bit delinquent on my blogging, so I’m going to make an effort to step it up a bit here, lol, we’ll see…)
